It's an honor for me to be one of the keynote speakers at Digital Transformation Seminar which held in Widyatama University Bandung on Thursday, October 26th , 2023. It is one of International Community Service Programs (Training & Counselling) presented by Magister Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Widyatama University. This seminar entitled “Digital Transformation Strategy Competencies Development to Create Sustainable Business for MSMEs in Bandung City”, the participants were business owners (SMSE) and students of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia.

Thank God, alhamdulillah, the COVID-19 pandemic is over, WHO (World Health Organization) has said it is no longer a global health emergency. We are all aware that this pandemic has had a major impact on various sectors in the world. One of the most affected is the property business especially real estate/ residential sector. The high operational costs of the property business were not in line with income, because the level of sales also fell. This condition certainly makes the property industry experienced a quite severe decline. Some economists said there will be a better possibility in property sector business after pandemic. There are some impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on residential investment:

Children's Reading Interest

It's been a long time since the pandemic, I haven't been to a bookstore. Thank God, the lockdown is over. I'm so excited, my son asked to go to the bookstore. So, we headed to our favorite bookstore. A little sharing about children's reading interest: 1. Parents who like to read can inspire children to like reading too, but of course this is not absolute thing. 2. The love of reading cannot arise by coercion. 3. The habit of reading such as; story telling or children'd bed time story also plays a big role in building their reading interest. 4. We have to realize that there are times when children don't want to read books. As parents, don't push them too much in reading, just take it easy.
