Almond is A Healthy Snack

Choosing healthy snacks should not always fruits. Have you ever thought to choose nuts as a snack? I will share about one type of nut, but it's not including nuts, Almond! It does not belong to the family of legumes, but a lot of people call it "nuts". Almond is actually a fruit that close to peach, plum, and cherry. Almond is known as almond, has a hard shell-like skin texture of the beans inside are edible. seeds that are often referred to almonds. Almond has a good taste to be a healthy snack.
Almond has a distinctive taste. Many culinary uses pieces of almonds as a topping or a complement flavors. Almond is not only delicious but also healthy. Almonds contain omega-9, omega-6, palmiat acid and oleum amigdalae. Besides, almonds also contains nutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber, sugars, vitamin E, vitamin B, vitamin C, calcium, unsaturated fatty acids, iron, phosphorus, zinc, potassium, and magnesium.

By eating almonds, you can lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Calcium content can also reduce cramps or stomach cramps during menstruation. Almonds can also increase blood flow because contains vitamin E, unsaturated fats, anti-oxidants, and magnesium which may improve blood flow and also maintain a healthy liver. Almonds can be used as a natural moisturizer due to the high oil content. Various benefits of almonds make it special and recommended this be a healthy daily snack.

Shaum/Sawm is one of The Five Pillars of Islam. Ramadan (a complete fasting), we do the fast for about 29 or 30 days in a row. It is the Holy Month for Muslims. It's an honor for me to be one of the keynote speakers at Digital Transformation Seminar which held in Widyatama University Bandung on Thursday, October 26th , 2023. It is one of International Community Service Programs (Training & Counselling) presented by Magister Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Widyatama University.  This seminar entitled “Digital Transformation Strategy Competencies Development to Create Sustainable Business for MSMEs in Bandung City”, the participants were business owners (SMSE) and students of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia.
